I don’t (and won’t) talk much about my working life, but today is my seventh anniversary at work. Actually, my anniversary date is February 29, so they say I have really only been here a year. Man, I’ll NEVER get to retire. When I walked in the door seven years ago, my office was already equipped with bookshelves laden with technical reference materials. However, stuck between a couple of books about managing Exchange servers was the audio tape version of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I feel some ironic joy that those tapes are still on my bookshelf, shrink-wrapped and untouched seven years later. I’m funny that way.
